What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a very pleasant and comfortable state of mental and physical relaxation. While in hypnosis, your mind is very receptive to positive thoughts and suggestions that are in line with your goals and desires. Your mind is alert, you are aware of everything that is happening, and you will hear everything that is said. Hypnosis is a natural state that we all experience to some extent on a daily basis.
